Our History

For over a decade the Dataconnection® system has been helping service dealers collect page counts automatically and electronically.   The system was born out of a need for a more efficient way to collect page counts each month instead of calling, faxing, emailing, or last resort sending a technician.

The Dataconnection® system is a “Stand Alone” system that does not require networking with the customer’s server and it can be used on any copier, printer, or fax regardless of the age of the equipment.  Collecting page counts automatically and electronically is number one, however the system can provide many more services.  

The equipment has recently been upgraded to meet the no lead requirement, RoHS compliant.  The company continues to upgrade the system to meet the demands of the market.
